It's official, folks! We have a first word! This morning Alex was playing in the front room, and I went to the door to take out the trash. As I was going out, he looked at me, waved his hand like he usually does, and said "Bah bah!" (Translation: bye-bye)! I was hoping it would be "Mama," but this is good too. :)

yea!
I got lucky as Court's first was "mama." However, it was followed quite quickly by her second word - "no," which I was not quite as thrilled about.
It's so exciting when they start talking!
